创建客户旅程地图

通过从应用程序工具栏中选择project > new来创建一个新项目。在新建项目窗口中,输入CJM Tutorial作为项目名称,然后单击Create Blank Project。

从应用程序工具栏中选择Diagram > new,创建一个新的客户旅程图。在New Diagram窗口中,选择Customer Journey Map并单击Next。输入Take a Tour作为图表名称,然后单击OK进行确认。

接触点是指潜在客户或客户与你的品牌接触的任何时间。按照以下步骤进入阶段探索行程的接触点。

双击第一阶段浏览行程下的灰色单元,打开进入该阶段触点的界面。

右击lane头触点并从弹出菜单中选择单元格格式>标签。
